Account Terms & Registration

By registering with bj77i, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. Your account is personal, non-transferable, and intended for entertainment within Bangladesh. You must provide accurate identity information during signup; false details may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. bj77i is not liable for unauthorized access if you share credentials, use shared devices without logging out, or fail to secure your login details. Report suspicious account activity to [email protected] immediately.

Each person may hold only one active bj77i account. Multiple accounts violate our terms and trigger automatic closure, bonus forfeiture, and potential permanent ban. Families sharing a device must use individual login credentials and log out completely between sessions.

Account Verification

Before your first withdrawal, you must pass Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Submit a clear photo of your National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence within the app. Our compliance team reviews documents within 6 hours during business days. Incomplete or fraudulent submissions are rejected, and your account may be restricted.

Bonus Terms & Wagering

Self-Exclusion & Cooling Off

You may request a temporary self-exclusion (7 days to 6 months) or permanent closure. Requests are processed within 24 hours. During exclusion, your account is locked; you cannot login, deposit, or play. Permanent closure cannot be reversed; all remaining funds are held for 7 years per Bangladesh financial regulations, then forfeited.

If suspended due to violations, funds remain frozen during investigation (typically 30 days). If violations are confirmed, remaining balance is forfeited. If exonerated, funds are returned minus any amounts owed as penalties.

Limitation of Liability

bj77i provides gaming services "as is." We are not liable for: technical outages, server downtime, internet connectivity issues on your end, lost winnings due to connection drops mid-game, or third-party payment provider failures.

If you lose connection during a game, your bet is processed according to server records. Cash-out requests submitted before disconnection are honored; pending bets are voided. Disputes over connection-related losses are reviewed with server logs; logs are the definitive source of truth.

bj77i's total liability is limited to the amount in your account at the time of the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations; if this applies to you, applicable local law governs.
